For our esteemed Autumn guests choosing to extend their stay, we present Castle Days. All meals and activities are included, providing a seamless blend of learning and leisure. Castle Days is an opportunity to refine your Dungeon Master skills and immerse yourself in workshops, seminars, and presentations led by some of the most revered names in the D&D community — and you can offer to run a game for other guests (sign up below)!
A Perfect Extension for D&D in a Castle Guests
Registration is either by single or double (roommates) and includes all meals, Activities, and accommodation* for the days registered.
One Courtesy Shuttle Transportation is included with Castle Days registration for each November 7th (to the Castle) and November 10th (from the Castle), details below.
Below you can register for Castle Days and you can also submit your pitch to run a game for other attendees, and possibly our illustrious D&D in a Castle Dungeon Masters!

Castle Days for November of 2025 is a special three-days long bonus event from November 7–10, 2025, offering D&D themed entertainment, opportunities to play and run games, workshops on Dungeon Mastering, and office hours with our world-class Dungeon Masters, along with meals, and accommodation, all in a Castle!

Registration includes three nights’ accommodation, all meals, workshops, activities, entertainment, gaming and access to Dungeon Mastering presentations and feedback opportunities. Also you get to spend three days in a Castle with incredible Dungeon Masters and D&D Enthusiasts!

Yes! Guests can showcase their Dungeon Mastering skills by running a one-shot game for fellow attendees — and maybe even one of our Dungeon Masters! Just sign up below to run a game on one or more of the nights of Castle Days.

As usual, we are happy to provide a courtesy shuttle to the Castle on specific dates and times for our guests.
Guests Arriving November 7th:
There will also be a Shuttle for Castle Days guests departing from the Newcastle Airport at 1:30 PM and Newcastle Central Station at 2:00, arriving at the Castle by 3:00.Guests Departing November 10th:
There will be a departure Shuttle for Castle Days guests departing from the Castle at 11:00 AM, taking you back into Newcastle Central Station for 12:00 noon and Newcastle Airport for 12:30. -
Castle Days is open to all Autumn guests who wish to extend their stay at the Castle. D&D in a Castle guests receive incredible value for this three day experience with all meals, accommodation and activities/entertainment included in their registration.
It’s perfect for those attending one or both rounds of the Autumn season of D&D in a Castle, especially those who want to enjoy extra time in this immersive D&D experience.
